Alright my fuse 15 keep blowing out speedometer going crazy and lights are dimming, I looked under the car did the whole take off the intake manifold bracket i checked all the wires on the harness but none of them were bare all looked good also checked the alternator voltage is good any other ideas what it might be???

yeah I checked all the wires on the harness open the loom but none of the wires were showing all looked good i separated them all

 

either you have a bad alternator, bad speed sensor, or most likely: a wire or wires grounding out thru the car. I had this same problem, when i replaced my clutch, i forgot to make sure my 02 sensor (primary) wiring was tucked out of the way of my down-pipe. well 4 weeks later it rubbed thru the insulation and blew my speed sensor fuse. Check the engine bay for any wires like that that could have worn thru.
