when i extended the wires i forgot to tape them up individually. could the wires touching up against eachother cause that fuse to short out? also my wipers don't go as fast as they did before?

Is your alternator blown? When mine did my wipers were slow, and my Vehicle Speed Sensor stopped working as well. (no speedo). Or you messed up your VSS?

you should not extend o2 wires. could possibly change the resistance in them. and the wires touching could send mixed signals and blow a fuse. wouldnt be the first time i seen it happen
