LMAO

That chip does EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Its a POS just like every other chip out there and yes it is cheap.

Nothing near a REAL chipped ECU.

Never heard if it, but if it claims to make 50 hp on a stock F22 I'm going to say it's BS.

Here is what you need if your looking for a real performance chip. Honda Vehicles don't use pocket programmers. You can have a chipped/socketd OBD1 Civic/Integra ECU tuned to run what you want it to.

A chipped and properly tuned OBD1 Honda ECU (eCtune, Neptune or Crome) or You could go with a stand alone engine management system. Something like an AEM EMS, Haltech, or Motech. The stand alone EMS boxes are a wee bit more cash than a chipped ECU.

wnat more HP?

u gotta modify the engine or ecm or both

1. you can reprogram ecm to run on 91 octane that will give you 7-10 hp.
2. you add an intake that will add about 7hp
3. you can add headers and get about 10-13hp
4. exhaust for 5-8 hp
5. different cams for 5 or so hp
6. different head with better flow
7. different pistons

If that's true then why bother with a chip? Those clowns need to get a proof reader.

Hmm...

hehu looking over your posts you need to do more research. Don't just start throwing money at the car to make it 'mAd TiTe y01'.

Purchase from well known brands that make quality parts and will back those parts up. AEM/DC Sports, Greddy, RS-R, etc.

If they cannot provide you with a before/after dyno graph just walk away.

If you have an S2K why are you trying to go cheap on your Accord for performance enhancements? You should already know that you have to pay to play! There is no inline chip that is going to give you a miraculous power gain. There are a few reputable places where you can buy a $15 base map chip. They can make your car run better.

But you have to have one of these first.

and then you have to fine tune it on a dyno!

Its so fake! Why is the application on the website so universal. Click on Honda, then Accord. It says it fits 1990 to 2010. Sure one product that fits almost all Accord. Oh my God what a scam!!! Hey give me the $69 dollars and I will kick you in *****. You will feel better in the long run.

Manufacturers do it to optimize power with efficiency while staying in CARB laws. When you chip your car and have it tuned, it is usually because you've modified it to a point where you can have a moderate increase in efficiency/power (I/H/E for example) and break laws OR are giving up efficiency for power.

youd better be joking about that turbonator thing......

thats like taking a leak blower and duct taping it to your intake......except the leaf blower would prolly do a damn good job.

And you would be correct. Theres some funny videos of people strapping them to their intake and making more power on the dyno.

whoa whoa whoa. hold up dude. this is legitimate. srsly yo. fo sho!!

this is one high dollar resistor....i mean high performance chip. It makes my VTAKKK kick in way low at like 1000 rpm's. basically idle, and the engine now rev's to 12,000 rpm.

CARB or EPA?
They contradict themselves on their own website. If SLR states that the manufactures make the most HP and MPG then how can SLR say they make more? Seems like the ole 'we give 150%' snake in the grass sales pitch. Kinda hard to give extra of something that's not there.
It's a moot point anyway as proper tuning via a dyno is the only correct way. Not slapping on parts or chip.

Haha, you got me there

SLR, assuming you're referencing the Mercedes guys, do stuff like better pistons or port and polish the head, etc. (Pure speculation mind you) I guess I should have added that obviously the manufacturer does it on a price point too. They want to maximize profit which means cutting back on other things. So Mercedes makes the best horsepower/torque they can while staying legal and efficient and keeping the money under a certain cost.

And I agree, without an actual tune you're not doing much.
