Default 92-95 Civic Si Suspension Differences

Most people say all 92-95 Civic Hatchbacks have the same shocks and springs, I didn't buy that.

92-95 3DR Civic Si

51601-SR0-A53 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., R. FR.
51602-SR0-A53 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., L. FR.
52610-SR0-Y21 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., RR.

51401-SR0-N02 SPRING, FR. (NHK SPRING)
52441-SR0-N02 SPRING, RR. (NHK SPRING
(unable to order front shocks separately)
52611-SR0-B01 SHOCK ABSORBER UNIT, RR.

92-95 Civic 3DR CX, DX, VX

51601-SR0-A33 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., R. FR.
51602-SR0-A33 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., L. FR.
52610-SR0-Y21 SHOCK ABSORBER ASSY., RR.

51401-SR0-K01 SPRING, FR. (MITSUBISHI)
52441-SR0-N02 SPRING, RR. (NHK SPRING)
(unable to order front shocks separately)
52611-SR0-B01 SHOCK ABSORBER UNIT, RR.

So this shows that there is a difference in the front suspension of the Si but the rear suspension is the same between all HB models. I'm guessing slightly stiffer front springs and shocks for the Si.

most likely a valving difference. It could also be that if the si has abs it will have an extra bracket welded to it to hold the abs wire, which will give it a different part number than one without the bracket

I checked ABS and non-ABS Si's and the part numbers were the same.

But yes the front shocks and springs are definitely different.
