ok...1 more question what happens to your car if you have bad motor mounts? because some times when i down shift to 2'ed my motor shakes...some one told me that its because my motor is moving and "stalls" the motor??? is that right?

it can shake violently or vibrate the whole car. and if your engine isnt sitting right it will cause the shifting to be hard but i dont see why it would stall, thats never happened to me.

shaky/moving engine is a good sign of bad mounts...

well it never "stalled" but it shakes like crazy some times only shifting down. but with the hasport is it worth the $?? because stock mounts are pricey.

polyurethane caulk your mounts. it'll be just as stiff as the hasport one's but at 1/16 the price.

using that would be like having solid metal mounts on your car. the polyurethane caulking will give you vibration, but if you use that stuff your boss is saying to use, don't be surprised if your mount breaks from all the vibrations.

ahh cool thats what my question i guess was.because i did not know if you can just use any kind of caulking. the polyurethane caulking sounds like a great idea...i did not know that it would bust the mounts if i would use hard stuff.
thanks 90 ex for all your help
