Default Pre-Swap Work

I plan on doing a swap in the future, what are the most imortant/best things to do before the swap as upgrades. I/H/E is obvious, I had thought on upgrading the fuel system (Pump, rail, regulator, etc) and ignition (Msd, etc). Just seeing if I am going about this right.

Default Re: Pre-Swap Work (Spilner)

any thing in the engine IMO is the most important........alot easier to put stuff in (cams, springs, blah blah) while your engine is out of the car.. ive had mine out 3 times so far and now its comming out again to put a new clutch and flywheel in........trust me its a PITA!!!!!
