aem cam gear bolts loose need help with timing

Icon2 aem cam gear bolts loose need help with timing

i have a ls vtec 93 integra block.
crower h beam rods arp hardware.
j e 9.2-1 forged pistons.
stock 95 gsr head with skunk 2 pro 1 cams
and aem adj cam gears.
tuned on hondata s300
with custom gsr intake , msd ign and factory fuel system. with no cat
the exaust cam is at 0 my question is where should my intake cam b shouldnt it be advanced more to get more air that it needs for low comp.
mind you it is still n/a for now it made 135hp and 105 ft lbs but i dont know where the cam was and my timing belt seems loose along with the cam gear screws
