Default need timing help...

i have a b16a with AEM CAM GEARS - how do i advance my timing to like plus 3 pr 4 degrees - i am going to the dyno tommorow and i am tryin to get every last HP out of my car...

help please and thanks in advance

you just lossen the bolts on your cam gears. spin the center part of the cam gear either forward er backwards. do only small movments. i use to know what the equation for how many teeth to how many degress maybe somone else can help you out on that

what cam do i do it on?? the cam closest to the bumper or the cam closest to the firewall??
