Hey everyone!

Long time reader first time poster.

I have a 99 civic si Stock motor (b16a2 w/70k miles). Lately every now and then When I go to accelorate from a stop the motor lags from 1.5 to 2k rpms. once past 2k it is fine, but I have to keep the rpms up. Also it is very jerky when I let off the gas.

Heres the kicker. When it starts doing this If I turn the car off and turn it back on the stuttering goes away?

Iacv? Weird sensor problem? O2?

Let me know if you have any ideas! It's rather an annoying problem :D

Any codes at all?

 

No CEL, and no ecu codes today? But then again it's not stuttering now. Only does it every 3rd drive or so. Should I check the ECU right after it stutters?
