Hey,

I have a LS Vtec turbo and have been experimenting problems with it. When I run 1st and second gear I do not have problems but as soon as i put 3rd gear the Vtec stops working, but the thing is that in 4th gear it works again.

i had problem with vtec - it was working first 4-5 times, then it stop worked, when i wait couple minutes it was working again, reason of this was dirt vtec selenoid

 

check oil pressure or change ur oil..that is mostly the problem..trust me

 

Im using non vtec oil pump, do you think that might be the problem?
