I just changed my oil and I noticed black "stuff" on my magnetic drain plug? I wonder why my filter (Hamp Reg. Size) did not pick it up. Is this engine wear?

Using Mobil 1 10w30 and Hamp Regular size filter.

Carbon deposits?
