okay, i did a search and i was still unable to find an answer to my question. I just bought an OEM oil filter for my B18c1 and when i bought the filter, they gave me a washer with it, and the lady said i needed it for something but i couldnt hear what she said cause she kind muffled it and when i asked her to repeat it and stuff she just ignored me and went to the back, i guess she couldnt hear, but i had to go so i just said oh wells, i can probably just find the answer on here. And what sucks now is after doing the search i just relized i got the Made in Canada by Fram filter. dammit... o wells. If someone could just tell me what that washer is for and how im suppose to use it that would be great. Thanks.

its for the drain plug, the washer goes between the plug and oil pan, u are supposed to replace it everytime u do an oil change, which is why they gave u one

ahhh....okay Thanks...hehe all this time ive just been cutting out cardboardwashers and using that for the drain plug washer since i usually bought fram filteres for my D16 and they didnt come with a washer. Thans alot man, now im not confused great.
