Default Alignment/Toe question

I got an alignment last week on my mazda3. Went back this week to redo the toe in the rear and got the report back. My BEFORE (this week) is fairly different from my ACTUAL (last week), which should be the same correct?

For instance, my ACTUAL last week:
Left Rear Toe: .23
Right Rear Toe: .09

This week my BEFORE was:
Left Rear Toe: .11
Right Rear Toe: .16

Can things change that much within a week? Im confused. However my camber and caster did stay pretty much the same.

Variance in setup... the biggest change I see there is .12 degrees, which is hardly anything.
