Default Cel code 21 and 23

Before anybody gets their panties in a bunch I know what the codes are. I am just wondering if my vtec solenoid being bad can that cause my knock sensor problem? The reason I ask this is because the codes come up simultaneously only after vtec opens.

lol my oil level isn't low and I appreciate the input. I already knew why my solenoid is bad though. oil pressure is too low due to the seal being bad on the spool solenoid itself. however, my question is would my car falling back out of vtec cause the knock sensor code to come up at the same time?
