I Drove probably 10-15 miles home and It went from above full to getting to the fill point recommendation.. and i drove it on the highway just to see how it did. so its leaking but not so bad right now but its there..

Call insurance companey and file police report, but if you haven't already done that, your claim may not be validated.
On another note, you can't just remove power steering. If I remember right, if you did remove it, you would have to change out your rack and pinion? You could just drive it with no fluid, which would be just about the same as having no power steering.

Step 1: call police and insurance company
Step 2: file report
Step 3: NOW, you can worry about your car...
Without the first 2 steps, you may be paying for the whole repair bill yourself....dont get too hasty about driving and ghetto-rigging it to work. Go through the appropriate steps so you can get your rightful money for the accident.
