Okay so i have a 93 civic with a jdm b16a swap, and it' idling rather high (2700 rpms when cold) .
But,if you take your finger and plug this hole inside the throttle body (there are 2, the one on the bottom left is the one im plugging) then it idles perfect....what is the problem? i JUST replaced the whole throttle body with sensors.AND my 2nd question is i got an IACV off a 94 integra LS, and it wont fit on my intake mani, whats up with this?

iv looked for leaks and cannot find any ;(

 

could be your fast idle valve or something in your map sensor possibly. double check your throttle cable is installed properly
