yes you can. it is just like building a stroker B16A....

you just need to run B16A length rods and some custom pistons with the wristpin moved up half the difference between the B20 and B16A strokes (about 6mm) and make sure you have no problems with interference between the bottom end when the motor turns over. You will have a fatter power curve than a similarly built B18, but IMO the extra money for the parts really isn't worth it. You can always pick up a B18 block and run stock crank/rods/pistons to get somewhat similar results with a lot less money invested.
