Depends on what your goals are with the application. We need more information on your motor, ect. to judge. Usually, it's wheather a turbo is to big for what the motor was built to handle.

Its actually a stock engine and the turbo is a 48 compressor, 49 turbine made by garrett. It will be a street car with clutch, flywheel, and axles on drag radials. maybe 200-250hp i was thinking. I was just told that my turbo was to small. He said t28 is the smallest I should use. So I need more opinions. Thanks.

DD? Who said anything about this car being a dd? It will be more like a weekend driver. Just the fronts will be drag radials. Just a car to play around with. I have an auto prelude for a dd.

ur t25 will work for DD, SR turbo..? lol. I was gonna use a CT26 for my old LS before it was wrecked.

what psi are you planning on running, that is kinda more important. Honestly its all about the tune that is done.

on a great tune, with the right injectors/fuel pump... i have seen alot of LS's on a tune put down 200-250 on 8psi.. i would say that would be safe for a while on stock internals.

and honestly for a DD, and to just drive around town u shouldnt need anymore horsepower than that, i would also invest a good set of money into a nice wideband unit.

MUST HAVES: tune, and wideband unit.(make sure its a wideband unit and not a air/fuel gauge)

Probably a street racer. Like the guys from The Fast and the Furious. Badass like Brian Spilner.

Forget t25. T04E is a good size and spools great.

I’m in a similar situation. I have a 2000 Integra LS 5SPD. I want at minimal 200 to 250 rear wheel horsepower. Would it be in my best interest to get a B18C/B18C5 full swap + bolt on(s) or just get the T04 turbo kit on my stock motor?
Also if I end up doing a swap, how much does a 00 Integra B18C engine/tranny/p72 go for? Package deal? My engine has 170k, timing belt, water pump, etc was all done about 150k miles. ( VIN# plate is on engine as well stamped by B18C mark )

Thanks in advance.

I've heard good things about using the T04E as well, not much of a turbo guy myself tho.

My .02, use the T04E

its gonna be a bitch to get 250 Rwhp out of your integra!!! i dont know why im helping you all out but the best thing to do would be to get a vtec head arp rod bolts with a t04 boost 14lbs and make 320ish all day

Wait, what?
You know they have d15s (thats a 1.5liter single cam) with over 600hp right?
It might be slightly 'easier' to get more power out of a gsr but its definitely more expensive to swap it in and build it if you want big power. Depending on your miles, rebuild your engine. When you do this, get rods/pistons and your ls is good for a 350whp dd.
