::HELP with my SWAP in to eGg::

got a 95 gsr(b18c1) in my eg..and for some reason my motor redlines @ 6500rpm..

my setup:

b18c1
95 civic si harness
gsr secondary butterfly is connected
knock sensor is connected

thing that i tried:

unplug knock sensor..
unplug the secondary butterfly..
plugD 2 different ECU's jdm and usdm..nothing!

SO PLEASE HELP!! thanks

what ecu and any cel's?

As of right now p72(usdm) nd I'm getting a code 12 which say EGR but I heard that gsr(b18c1) don't have and EGR nd a code 14 IACV...
