What Penetrating oil to use on my old turbo??

What Penetrating oil to use on my old turbo??
I need to soak some heat cycled bolts in my T3 exhause side. I figure that I'm gonna break them but I need to try. Oil + Heat = maybe they will come apart......what oil should I use?
