You don't need a 255HP pump for that, a 190 is enough for 400hp and much quieter.

IMO a 50trim t3/t04e is also overkill. I've seen 2 b16's that used a 50trim T3 to make ~240whp, one with an FMU and another with uberdata. My friend also had a 1st gen b16 converted to obd1/uberdata that did 263hp using a 60trim T3 at 9psi.

A bigger turbo is a good idea for future goals, but realisticly you could spend less now on a turbo sized better, sell it, and get something even better than a 50trim t3/t04e later.

ok, well as for the turbo ive been looking at ebay kits, i know there iffy and some people will bash them but for 300 bucks i can get the turbo, the downpipe, manifold and wastgate. and as for the pump i thaught it would be better to have more for later when i want to upgrade, are they really that loud?

You get what you pay for. Most people have problems with terrible fitment (rewelding stuff), turbos dying after 500 miles, and wastegates that tear diaphragms like they were paper. I've even seen a manifold break in half personally. The tial fell to the road and was never seen again. For the $500 he paid for a two manifolds and a 2nd TIal, he could have had a ramhorn with a warranty.

It's your money if you're willing to risk it. If you are, I also have an investment opportunity for you that can double your money in 30 days...but there's no guaranty... (j/k!)
