The spinning is probably your clutch already and not your tires. Get a clutch for your power levels.

AGREED THE MONEY YOU SPEND ON A TWIN DISK WILL SAVE YOU THE CASH YOU SPEND ON STOCK CLUTHES OVER THE TIME MAN. COMING UP WITH THE MONEY UPFRONT IS HARD AT TIMES I KNOW, BUT LIKE I SAID YOU WILL SAVE IN THE LONG RUN

X2, I did the stock clutch thing 2 1/2 years ago on my first build, and learned the hard way.

how many people you ever seen run a 50 trim and stay with that turbo we all want more

i was running 350hp on a twin disk drove it every day no issues there at all he will never have to worry about a clutch issue again man

understand a little better now he has alot of room to grow if he wants

hit up go-autoworks for a comp clutch, stage 5 or 4, unsprung would be my preference. sprung clutches = more things to break. then again, im pretty hard on my car

Why not get a stage 5 clutch or something I promise you that 95% of the people on here do not need a twin disk clutch hell that 480 something in your sig does not even need a twin disk a stage 5 would hold it and prolly save him 500 bucks.

Im all for giving room to grow but just telling someone to get a twin disk w/o even knowing what they need isnt smart.

but suggestion to go with a clutch that would need to be replaced a later date is lol

come on man its a suggestion from me to him not from me to you, but you seem to be having an issue with that whats wrong santa was bad to you or something lol and you got to vent well go ahead.

I personally would rather have something superior to something not up to par.
I have read alot of people on here not happy with there clutch setups, but everyone i have talked to with a twin disk dont seem to have any issues aside of snapping axles lol.

Haha im just trying to save the guy from wasting money and unless you have 700whp you dont really need a twin disk and if you get a good a CC stage 5 like has been suggested you wont be changing it.

Either way its up to the OP but if he wants to throw away money and get a twin disk for something he obviously wont take advantage of go ahead and go for it

thanks for all the replys i forgot to mention that i do have a fully built motor on the side and i put this motor in two months ago come to find out the clutch was bad so i replaced it with a stock clutch just for the winter to have some fun but this stock setup is putting down over 250hp i know that cuz my buddy put down 225 with a 50 trim and my car is obv faster, pulls harder , and beat it already messing around.. for the guy who said the clutch mite already be slipping is wrong it grabs.. i can feel it i already have had a act 4 puck clutch slip and i know how it sounds and feels .. thats y im asking if it will hold up a little longer...and also im running a stock map sensor and its letting me hit 17lbs and i just getting lucky that its not popping
