Default those with nardi steering wheel help

i purchased the nardi steering wheel brand new.

i am going through threads now and see that there is a black plastic trim that goes around the horn. where did that come from? i didnt see anything like that piece in my box. i only received the horn and steering wheel.

going through some for sale threads, i see that people selling these steering wheels do not include the center plastic trim as well.

do i already have this piece or can someone help me.

thanks

(sorry i didnt know where to post this. just thought other ITR members could help)

yeah mine did not come with it.

so when you bolt up your steering wheel, im assuming to horn sits in there pretty sturdy and does not wiggle at all correct?

Sorry to thread jack, but how did the airbag crap go when you installed it? Won't you get the pos srs light? That's my biggest hang up. I find threads about it, and no one in the thread agrees, and then the thread is inconclusive. So searching failed.

How? I mean, I can take the thing apart, then what? In saying bypass, do you mean just attach a couple wires?

i would not know for sure because i had shop install my steering wheel since i did not have time to and my light is not on. most likely they will install my nardi as well so i will try and find out how to do it when i drop off my car.

it will not be for awhile though since its like a blizzard outside but im sure someone here knows how since many of us have aftermarket steering wheels

That's my bypass on my old Accord, I would wager an Integra is not that far off from it.

Wow, thanks for that link man. Btw, what's the difference in weight between, let's say, a stock GSR srs wheel and a lightweight momo wheel? I wouldn't know.
