Wasn't sure where to put this but figured I'd try here. Just picked this up from my trip in the Philippines for a real good deal but its missing the horn pad. It has no markings on the wheel at all. Any help would be appreciated.

 

possibly just an off brand steering weel.
my momo looked a tiny bit like that though
