You would likely be better off asking in the Forced Induction forum.

not sure but id say the turbo and intercooler are off a dsm! as long as theres no shaft play id say run it. your going to also need new injectors (id just go with dsm) and a chipped ecu. id also convert to obd 1 for easy tuning. im not sure where your find intercooler piping, i bought mine off ebay for my em1. also dont set your goal in psi, set it in horsepower. best bet would be to just let the tuner make as much power as he feels safe. also dont skimp on a good tune.

and as the coverting to obd 1 im actually working on that right now and making it 4 injecters insted of 2
im pretty knew to honda's and everything as well.... one thing i can say for sure though is before posting questions, always try and search the forum for your own answers! anything and everything has been covered here at one point or another so it's just a matter of knowing where to look. then if all else fails ask ?'s lol good luck with the build
The intercooler you have is a side mount from I believe a DSM, I'd sugest loosing that and get yourself a front mount off ebay. The piping will be easier to fit with a front mount and it has a bigger cooling surface. Do NOT skimp on engine management. This is probably the most important thing you can buy for making good, safe, reliable gains, especially while running boost. Hondata, crome, neptune, and AEM are just a few names. Good luck

thanks for the tips
well since you have a small turbo. you're going to get less hp per psi. so let's not even go by how much psi your engine can hold. its really all about how much horsepower it can hold. depending on how healthy it is, it could probably hold up to about 170 whp but if the engine is healthy and not beat on probably around the 200 area.
have a welding shop make you custom i/c piping for it. because this turbo and intercooler are dsm, you're not really going to be able to find much on online websites or in stores, you're probably better off getting it customly built for you.
you would also need
couplers, t bolt clamps, maybe new injectors depending on what civic you have, but thats really about it.
yes this turbo will work for your car
