Best way to change main seals?

the seal around the crank is merely held into place by 10mm bolts (I think about 5 of them for b-series), and hondabond sealant so some prying is necessary after pulling oil pan off.

yes, you do ... I was assuming tranny was already off ... if he didn;t know that, then he really shouldn;t attempt this job, leave it for a professional, thats my opinion.

agreed, its easy with the engine out, if you don't know that, then take it to someone unless you are prepared for some major downtime as you learn through your mistakes!
Haven't gotten to rear yet , engine on stand. But what about the cam oil seal and the main seal on the oil pump. Is there an easier way,any special tools to pull & drive seals with engine still assembled.
