looking in to buying the log manifold, dp, and dupe tube combo. if anyone has any insight on both of these company and which one would you rather go with let me know. performance wise are they similar?

i live close to rc if that would make a difference.

 

Ive heard good things about both. I doubt one will give you more power than another. You may saving shipping costs by picking it up from rc, that's about it

I would go RC since they are local, and if you have an issue you can take it to them in person. It never hurts to support local businesses!

 

I ordered my setup through spoolin and gotta say it's top quality work that he stands behind 100pct.

If there are any problems with your manifold/dp combo he will back it up without any drama.

i may be bias. but i think for RC being a local shop you'll never have to deal with over the phone or email contact for customer service. RC made me a top mount twinscroll for my 5th gen prelude and i am more than happy! like previously stated you may beable to get a mini ram package for the same price as the other companys log manifold package. ...since you live so close check them out before you make a final decision.

Spoolin hands down, Phil does top quality work and backs it if there is ever a problem.

 

RCautoWorks hands down, They are a local shop and do great work. You will have a lot of downtime waiting for a simple weld or new manifold if your spooling performance brakes. RCautoWorks did my S2000 clutch and will be putting a built motor in with a custom sidewinder exhaust manifold, down pipe, dump tube and a few other toys over the winter.

Bob made the intercooler piping and top mount.

I wish RC was local to me......But then again prolly not it would be to easy to go there and buy stuff lol I would have even less money than I have now. But on a side not for my next project Im getting them to do the entire kit top to bottom and the price he quoted my friend for a kit was beyond a great deal as well
