Default no spark

hey guys just wondering if any of you out there have any ideas of whats going on. So i have a built 92 civic with a d15 in it and i cant get any spark. the car drove fine then sat for two days now wont start. ive replaced the coil, icm, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and a complete distributor and have had two working ecm's pluged in. both engine grounds are good and im lost for ideas.

Does the fuel pump prime?

Does the Blk/Yel wire attached to the coil and igniter unit have battery voltage when the key is turned to ON(II)?

What voltage do you measure on the Yel/Grn wire attached to the igniter unit? Have you tested the Yel/Grn wire for a short or open?

yes my coil has voltage and it reads 12.1 and only when the car is in the on possition like it should i think there might be a bad ground to my ecm but not sure the easy way to approch this matter if any.IDEAS

yes fuel pump primes and my fuel pressure is fine
yel/grn reads 12.1v
and no have not tested for a short or open with the yel/grn

and that means its at least getting power but still no spark wich leads me to think a bad ground somewhere i tested volts and ressestence and every thing checks out other than ground from ecm
