Icon3 stuck on Highway! Help!?

My car (91 Crx dx) died on me on a major highway 4 hours from home.
i tried to restart it to no avail, then the CEL came on and i'm running a code 8(TDC sensor)
I'm guessing my dizzy is shot and need a new one.
Does anyone have a writeup or can tell me what i need/how to on replacing my dizzy?

12mm wrench and some cash to buy a new one is all you need... and maybe a 8mm or phillips screwdriver to swap caps and rotor button

its super easy... lol like 3-4 12 mil bolts and a screw driver as mentioned... just mark the old dizzy to the motor so your timing is not all sorts of off when you swap em. then get a timing light and make sure its right.

alright so last night i got a new dizzy and the tools to swap it. Get back to where my car was sitting and its gone! i was like OH F*CK. Go to the police station and they tell me where my car is. I end up at a shell station in east bumble f*ck. A scrwany buck tooth employee who looks terrified as i walk through the door tells me that my car has a state police hold on it. I drive 45 minutes away to get to the closest baracks and get the release forums but it was too late in the day to get my car out.

saw your other thread. if you are still in the towson area and need help let me know.

and lol at the poeple saying to mark the dizzy. the new dizzy wont have a mark so what is he supposed to line up? you only mark the dizzy if you are just removing it briefly then re-installing the same one.
