vibration 2300-2700 rpm
i noticed the other day, that there is a significant increase to the engine vibration around the range of 2300-2700 rpm. this is all in neutral not moving. it doesnt really worry me, its possible that it could just be the resonant frequency of the engine, so it just vibrates more. anyway, just curious to see if anyone else has noticed this with their cars.

Don't rev your engine that high then.
Why does everyone ask this question?
It doesn't happen in my car, but I have an ETD, so my car is kind of always vibrating.

But the whole car shouldn't be rocking like it has a big block v8 under the hood, at 2300rpms.
I think people overreact a lot, like they do with the whole, "interior is rattling" business.
Well what do you consider vibration? You SHOUD be able to hear and feel the engine, even when idling.

yeah there has been a ton of this issue, i was worried when i first noticed mine also, was told it was something in the software from the dealership they had me sit in a brand new 2010 with 2 miles on it and it was doing the same problem.
Hate to beat a dead horse- I've had my 4dr SI since 07 & just realized this vibration too.. May be do to harmonics in lower end. Called Honda "tech-line" and rep. said many of the same issues reported and all came back as "normal" just seem very weird the whole vehicle shakes between 2400-2600 rpms then goes away. I may try the ATI crank pulley/harmonic balancer and see if it helps. I'll report my findings. To be continued..............
