100% stock integra lack of power when first started, it seems that once it gets to normal running temperature it runs normal, but until then it lags alot of power any ideas? its not throwing any codes????

 

There is a possiblity that you are losing compression because of worn out piston rings. Once the car warms up they expand and seal properly. This happened to a BMW 325 that i used to autocross.

Other possiblities, Clogged Fuel injectors or worn out injector O-rings.-easy fix
Old Fuel filter
Old spark plug wires (look for corrosion or rust)
Some suggetions.

 

I would check ect sensor, or iat sensor, they both have to do with temperature and how it runs your engine when cold or hot.

 

Any details on the car?

 

Check timing too. The car runs like crap if it's off.
