Default Coolant problem. Radiator. Integra

I have a 1990 Integra. I keep having to top off the radiator with coolant from the cap because it keeps pumping the coolant back to the resovoir tank. I have tried to top off the radiator with the following steps.

1. Fill the radiator (top off)
2. bleed the coolant line to the radiator from the resovoir tank and pinch the tip and plug it into the slot.

What happens next - The coolant gets pumped out of the radiator and into the resovoir tank and overheats my engine after a couple days.

any suggestions? am I getting a vacumm leak or something?

Head gasket
It's not that hard to change, a few hours and you're done.

Deffinately a leaking head gasket, and it's only going to get worse.

It's not that hard to do, you just need a nice work space a dcent set of tools.

Wow, you guys say that it's a bad head gasket by the description of cooloant going back into the resivoir? To the OP, try and change your T stat and bleed the system. If the problem persists, go and get a pressure test. That will give you a definite answer to what the problem is. Something as simple as an air bubble will cause the symptoms you are describing. Good luck.

I dont think its leaking the Coolant because I have always had the same amount of coolant therefore not the Head Gasket. I just have to drain the Resovoir tank constantly to put the coolant back into the radiator. I swapped out the Radiator recently myself because my old radiator was Fu**ed because a rock went through it. Its a brand new radiator but my old radiator would also pump the coolant back. The old one would leak from the radiator due to the hole.

(I have not overheated my engine yet to the point to screw my engine over)
max to 3/4 and quickly cools itself back to 1/4 when I put it on neutral
