Default Some motor questions. Help

Hello i been a member here for awhile just never posted, but i been gathering parts for a build.
I have a B18B block and a B16 head.
im trying to build the motor to a 13:1 compression.

i have a shop decking and sleveing my block, and my head im gettin p&p, plained, and a 7 angle vavle job.

here is what i need some help with.

Should I get oversized vavles?
What type of cams are best?(performance wise)(when the build is done it will be driven a good bit. not daily but no just sitting)
Are skunk2 cams overrated?
What are opions of dual rate springs?

I have a ls crank that was balanced and micro polished. Is getting another crank overkill?

i just need some opions on what would make this a killer build, i no basics, not much more. lol

anything eles im forgeting let me no.

help is greatly appreciated thanks james,

Why 13:1 CR? Pic your cams first, then build the motor with a suitable C.R.
I'd say skip the 7 angle valve job. Most of the time a 3 angle valve job is good enough.
Who is sleeving and porting the head? Why aren't they giving you any build/parts advice?
No S2 cams are not overrated. They put in a lot of time and money into developing cam profiles that make power.
Springs should match the cams to avoid warranty issues.
OEM crank is fine.
