Default I need some advice

ok I have a b16 head and a b18a block I have been looking up parts on how much everything will cost to build it and its just sooo much How much would I be spending to get this motor rebuilt with parts, and machine work???

Im lost with what I should do.

Or should I just get a more up dated b18b non vtec and boost that It would be cheaper..

HELP ME OUT GUYS

its your personal choice both blocks built will be good and the money spent will most likely be the same give or take $800

800..not bad Im in so cal what would I have to do exactly?

machine work? what do they do to the block?

Installing pistons and crank should I do it or should I have someone else install them?

being in cali period gives you tons of options. take the block and head to a machine shop have it magafluxed ( checked for cracks ), hot tanked, and have the deck and head surface(s) checked for straightness and warping
