Default car falls on face

ok I have s300 and am not throwing any codes car has a friends tune on it just to make sure everything is right we have very similar setups. The problem is at 2500 rpms is the car won't go past that it's like it powers down but comes back to life ones it gets back to 1500 rpms? Any ideas

can be ignition related, firing order, bad distributor coil and or igniter. does it happen in neutral?
can you hook up a laptop and verify if the load sensors are working. how does A/F look when its happening?

Its a brand new distributor... the a/f look fine and i can and will hook up a lap top.... it does not happen in neutral or when i press the clutch in

So, your running a wideband and when the car begins to bog there is no change....that's what your saying? Negative.

If the motor revs fine with no load, but bogs under load then it's either in the tune, ignition or fuel system related. Sounds pretty general right...well, without more specific troubleshooting and facts on your part that's all anyone can tell you aside from rambling random guesses off.
