Default Removing power steering question

I am currently removing my power steering and I have the cooler and pump removed. I am looking at the lines to loop them and am a little confussed. I took the high pressure one off from the steering box. And connect that to the line that is coming from the VSS??? But if I do that it leaves one line still open.

So what Im wondering is if I can just loop those two line right at the steering box. then I would disconnect the two hard lines that lead to the VSS and loop those at the steeing box also. Then loop the two that are at the VSS. If this would not be a good Idea please let me know.

The tutorial I was following pictures are old and wont show so i am trying to do it all by understanding his wording.

Thanks guys!!!!
