power steering line removal
I need to remove the power steering, and I understand that you can loop back the two hardlines that are next to eachother, but there is another line, the rubber one that bolts onto the to of the pump which also goes into the rack. Does anybody know if you can just cap or plug it up, or what to do with it when removing power steering.

here's a couple links from the ITR forum. These should answer your question.

Or you can just buy a manual steering rack, swap the racks and remove all the lines.

ok, so your saying not only do you have the two high pressure line (the ones you loop together) but you also have another line in there. Do you have a picture? I haven't seen a Civic PS rack before. If I remember correctly my Accord didn't have any extra lines coming from it, but that doesn't help you.
Can I ask why you don't just switch to a manual rack?
