Default automatic engine harness on a manual, will it work?

so i have a b18c and i recently got an automatic LS engine harness. I already wired up vtec and its good to go. My question is what will need to be done to the automatic harness to work on my manual tranny, anything?

im guessing we are going to have to run a neutral safety switch and the back up light wire

you are def right. The automatic assy contained all that, but Im more concerned with the engine side. I dont think there's a diff, but thats why im asking. Hopefully someone will give us a better idea.

I never done this conversion but more likely you are going at have extra plugs, the auto intake has an egr and the manual doesnt, also like you said the back up switch might be diffrent but I'm not sure.

The automatic wiring harness doesn't have a VSS plug that manual trans use to clock speed. I'm sure it should work in terms of being able to start the car and drive it, but I'm sure it wouldn't be 100% as if you had the correct EWH for it.
