Integra ls Harness issues
i recently bought a 98 lsobd2 manual shell and i put a 98 ls obd2 engine in it but it was off a automatic and it had the automatic harness on it still so i was wondering will the auto harness work if my shell is manual? im not getting power on the starter coil plug when i turn the key the starter is good i hooked it up direct and it turns.everything in the car is manual ecu tranny ect another problem with the wiring is that there are extra plugs like there are two canister plugs one on the engine harness and one on the chassis harness which one do i use?i have attached pics for you guys to understand me better please i need someone that is experienced and knows what they are talking about.thanks guys actually sorry i don't kow how to post the pics here but if someone needs them i can send them to your email

So do you have automatic tranny with engine? Or manual?
The automatic engine harness should work, in my teg (92) I just had extra plugs that wernt needed for evap.
But if you have auto tranny you would need auto chassis harness so it can read the transmission position (p,n,d,r)

no my tranny is manual and so is the ecu the only thing that is auto is the engine harness and the actual engine they both came out of a automatic well I figured out the starter problem it was a stupid concealed kill switch but my issue now is which fuel canister plug do I use the one from the internal harness or the one from the engine harness?
