Default cold start...........idles up and down

Hey i got a 93 civic coup ex with 190k miles. Its all stock and runs good. Only when I start it the rpm's jump from like .8k to like 2.5k untill it warms up. I cleaned this one thing in the back of the intake manifold and it helped but still does it now. When the car stands over a cold night, it is worse.

THANX

Anything helps

My 95 does the same thing, but not as bad. It goes from about .8k to 1.2k until it warms up and then stays steady around 1k
