Icon3 Fresh build doesn't start!

Aight dudes so I've finally got everything hooked up on this b16a2 that I've been building for a year and when I turn the key it'll act like the spark plug wires aren't even attached. I did a compression test and i got 120psi across the board which is a buttload of pressure and my fuel pressure gauge is messed up and it always stays at 40psi but jumps to 45psi when i try to start the car. its a 93 EJ1 with a b16a2 and I'm using a obd2 gsr harness.

theres about 5 plugs that have been left out because theres no where for them to plug in. and I plugged the FITV hose since i don't even have that sensor and im using a typeR IM. The other hose i plugged was the 3rd one the thermostat housing(the smallest) since it doesnt have a home.

But the problem seems to be electrical.

does ANYONE have ANY ideas????

i'll try that man, it turns over but it just doest start. i dont know if making any sense but is it possible that i bent a valve since the compression is 120psi???

are you sure your getting fuel? like someone said check spark, only i wouldnt do it the way he suggested. pull the plug and just try to see an arc of a grounded area like somewhere on your valve cover. also check all your ground connections. piston rings need to seat before an accurate compression test but thats not keeping the car from starting. it sounds like you have a hack job wiring harness which could be n issue as well; what cels do you have???

120 in all cylinders that is very low for a b16a2 spec is around 220, you sure you put the engine together right what exactly did you do to the motor

im pretty sure i didnt do the comp test correctly so im gunna do that today, i got the engine and did some minor work on the block like new rods, pistons, rings and bearings, and the head is just a stock b16a2 head + my gsr harness was bought brand new from acura dealership. everything is torqued to spec and im %100 positive that nothing could possibly wrong mechanically(besides valve lash)

im going to fix my timing, re-test the compression and check for spark and i'll post up with more accurate results...
