2000 SI popping out of gear

I have a 2000 SI with approx 120k miles, and for some reason, it started popping out of 5th gear. Any ideas why this might be happening?

maybe the motor mounts are worn causing the motor to jump, thus causing the shift linkage to move and pop it out of gear? lol
or maybe the bushings in the shifter are worn?

I think i heard it could be caused due to low tranny fluid so i'm gonna change that and at the same time i'll check out the mounts, bushings, and linkage.

i would say it's a syncro problem i had this problem with a different car and i rebuilt the tranny with new syncros and it stopped...shifts like a dream. but don't rule out fluid that could do it as well
