my car begin like vibrating in the left front wheel when i begin run faster i had change the outside cv joint but it still do the same.can someone help me.what can be my problem???

Check your torques on your motor mounts, axle spindle nut, lug nuts, intermediate shaft mounting bolts, etc.

Check over all your suspension components for loose/un-torqued bolts/nuts.

Check your wheel alignment

 

can it be something in the gearbox??

 

I'm sure its possible but not the most likely. I would bet on it being something simple instead, like the wheel came unbalanced (such as if one of your wheel balancing weights fell off).

Get your tires balanced (if your tire is slightly unbalanced, you will feel vibrations especially at higher speeds).
