Icon2 Dizzy question, code 4,8,9

Just gettin ready to finish my LSV build and i decided to check on my dizzy on a friends car. When i check the codes it sends out 4,8,9. The car starts fine, but idles at 2k RPM's or higher. Last time i had dizzy problems like this the car wouldnt even start. Would these codes make it idle high?

My other question is i have a different Vtec Dizzy, it has some red jdm like writing on it, im confused on the rotor shaft, it is smaller than a regular rotor. I tried putting a new rotor on it and it was too big. Also this dizzy does not produce a spark (the rotor looks to be ok, but might as well be replaced the cap is also fine) i think it was throwin code 9 in my face... ill try and post a pic tomorrow.
Any info on either of these two problems let thatd be great.

Have you tried a USDM dist? Is the ECU JDM or USDM? The codes you posted are all from sensors that I believe should be in a USDM dist but I don't know enough about JDM dist to know if they should have the same sensors.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/part-2-obd1-code-check-list-2568406/

Also, note that it says "loose wire" at the sensors. This can be just that or a failing sensor/dist.
