My idle is doing this:
1k .. second .. 2k .. second .. 1k. . second 2k..
AND otherwise its idling at 1.4k hot or 2.5k hot

Normally it idles at 2.5k cold until the thermostat kicks on and then had a perfectly smooth idle at 1k until tonight. So who's had this problem, what was the fix?
I checked vacuum lines and sensor connections and it looks like my ECU's NOT throwing off codes.. which concerns me, it did throw off the Oil Pressure Sensor code when i unplugged it though. I reset the ECU and it stopped idling at 2.5k hot, now its just doing that jumping thing.. very annoying, no real performance issue, still fast, vtecs working. damnit i'm just lost here.. i hate mystery problems... grrr

das be it. Thanks red civic standard and crxhfi. I totally forgot i even posted to that thread. HAH well whatever, the problem seems to have gone away temporarily. Idle still isnt quite right. but i've only driven about 10 miles since the ECU was reset so it should mellow itself, has in the past.
