Leak around the distributor/tranny
Hey, so I've taken some more pics, which I've labeled to help diagnose what the problem might be. I'm hoping it'll be a little easier to nail down where its leaking for sure.

Its 3 bolts and two plugs. *****MAKE SURE YOU MARK THE POSITION OF THE DISTRIBUTOR, WHEN YOU REMOVE IT DO NOT MOVE THE SHAFT BLADES THAT GO INTO THE CAM****** you can easily mess the timing up if you don't mark the position of the dizzy. Ideally you should set the timing afterwards just to make sure.
Yes, its motor oil. Mark the top of the distributor and the head with a screwdriver to help you line up it when you put it back on. This will keep your timing.
Dis. o-ring looks like its seeping, easy fix make the dis with the housing with a sharpy or the timing will be wack. simple and cheap fix
check the inside of the "dizzy cap" to make sure motor oil is not in there....Might lead to future problems aka no starts, due to burned up componets

Awesome. Its nice that it's a cheap easy fix. Looks like I'll be making a run down to the honda dealership that's less than two miles from my college
Well, went down to the Honda dealership and bought the o-ring. Installed it and no more leaking! The old one pretty much just snapped off haha
