alright, i ran the motor for a few seconds with a gas rag and i guess the lines were just try or the pump was, but after about a minute it started getting gas and its fine now. now the problem is when i go to put it in gear it acts like the clutch is always engaged. if i press the clutch i can feel it's fine, like normal. maybe the disk on backwards? what could this be?

 

Check that you put the slave cylinder on right...

 

yeah, the pedal feels like everything is working right. but then it just stays in neutral.
