Default BOV issues, I think??? =/

When I start up my car when its very cold it likes to die right out. I think it might have something to do with the BOV, Greddy type RS. I have to hold it at about 12 to 15 hundred RPMS for about twenty seconds or so to keep it running. And then it runs fine, idles smooth and everything. I was thinking that it was anti-stall or whatever. Do you guys have any ideas what could be causing this?

To me it sounds like you are having an airflow issue on cold starting. Your iacv should be opening more to raise the rpms on a cold start scenario. At the same time you should reveiw your cold start fueling and ignition timing.

This would not be an bov issue.
