Default stuck bov?

I have not drive the car yet, but I think the my bov is stuck at closed position. it's some cheap generic bov that i'm just using for now. Is there a way to test it without actually driving the car?

try pressurizing the pipes with a air compressor and seeing if the bov lets air out or anything . . . that might possibly work.

when you take it off it should just press in.. and if your put pressure into the vaccum port it should stay closed.
