Icon3 HELP please

My car just started idling crazy at 3000rpm one day and I can't figure out what happened. I'm running a d15b with a y8 intake manifold, everything is hooked up correctly. I replaced the FPR and that didn't work. I cleaned the hell out of the throttle body, and took off the control valve on the back of the manifold and cleaned it too. Not sure if this helps you but when the cars running if I unplug the Map Sensor it runs rough, but has a much better idle. The check engine light is on but I can't get it to throw any codes. Also when I'm driving and its in gear the car just drives itself. Anyone know what's going on here?

Vacuum leak?

Pull the intake off the TB and completely cover it. It should die.

So its running a lot better with the IAC valve unplugged...that mean I need a new one? It's down to about 900rpm now and the vacuum seems to be normal

as many people as there are on honda-tech, i would think someone would have an answer..but no, theres maybe millions of people that view this website and I can't get one single mechanic to say, hey, here's my cell number tell me what's going on and I'll walk you through this problem. If I can't figure this out myself, and no one will help me, this site is obviously worthless...hope to hear from someone, later
